When using the Messages section, usually with a fairly large attachment, I get the error message telling me the doogiePIM has stopped working. The text report file is attached...

    Status: Under investigation. The game is afoot.

    Please specify:
    1. File attachment size, in MB
    2. Type of file, eg: jpg, word docx, pdf etc.
    3. Did the sending of the message complete or failed due to no completion of the attachment encoding?
    4. Were you able to continue using doogiePIM (a soft crash) or shutdown to desktop (hard crash)?

    The message completed.

    It was a soft crash.
