Dialog windows appear too high (and don't remember posistion)

Windows 7 64-bit
Documents section > highlight text > click Font > dialog appears but it's half off the top of the screen
I can move it back to center (Alt-Space > Move) but if I open it again, the dialog doesn't remember position and is again cut off off top of screen.

Having tried and replicated this issue I've added this fix to the next update cycle, version 2.1.2.0. -
