I've just downloaded and test your product! It is great, really love it. But there are still something which i need to feedback.

It is related to the icon size and unicode problem.

Please check my attachment for what i mean.

    Thank you for the observations and kind comments. The fact that you took time to highlight these observations and size of the icons in a very descriptive way is truly appreciated. :)

    The Unicode problem could be due to the language setting on your PC. Could you let me know your region settings in Windows please. Also, let me know your Windows version, monitor size and what DPI scaling is in your display settings.

    Hi Chris,

    In my own point of view, the Unicode problem is not come from the language setting of Windows OS! Because your software is the only one which face/raise the problem!

    I agree. The problem is within doogiePIM to recognise a region configuration from Windows and act upon it. It is obvious that doogiePIM isn't acting as it should. The problem is deep within the dark thoughts of doogiePIM. Your Windows setup is fine, I just need to know which configuration I missed. :)

    Hi Chris,

    If doogiePIM does the detection automatically. Then, I think you should give user a choice! In particular, doogiePIM would do as it is, but you give an option to choose manually in the Settings dialog.

    If you press [WindowsKey+Space], you can cycle through the language input on Windows. This isn't a Unicode issue but a keyboard input issue. Your system keyboard input is setup to enter Vietnamese Telex hence the input as you've shown. Switch to US input (ENG) and you will get:

    doogiePIM is using the Vietnamese telex system for entering the special characters

    When you press Win+Space, to Vietnamese (VIE) and type the same sentence, you get:

    dôgiePIM í úing the Vietnamese telex sýtem for entering the special chẩcters:

    This is the best answer I have so far. However, I will carry on investigating unless I hear otherwise.

    Information for the benefit of others:
    Here is how you type Vietnamese using telex system: as = á, af = à, ar = ả, ax = ã, aj = ạ, aa = â, oo = ô, ee = ê, uw = ư, ow = ơ, aw = ă, dd = đ.
