Task Folder Numbers - not working as expected

Tasks Module
I have several folders setup to log tasks depending on the type of task. As you create tasks assigned to these folders, the number of tasks to the right of them increments, depending upon the number of tasks in that folder.
However, the numbers don't always display correctly and seem to
have a mind of their own at times.
For example, I have 9 tasks but the numbers against the folders
total up to 3. There are no active filters.
As I click on folders with no numbers (or folders with incorrect
values), the numbers correct themselves up, then show different
values at other times.
The tasks are there but the numbers are misleading.

A new version will be uploaded later today that addresses the item count next to Task folders.
