Problem Capture part of desktop

In the bookmark section when I try to capture part of desktop it does not select correctly the área. I mean that I select one part of the desktop and in the bookmark image does not appear the part I have selected. It appears to be diverted.

I am sorry if my english is not the best. If it is necessary I Will upload an image.

    Thanks for taking time to let me know of this issue. I would like some further information, if you would be so kind;

    How many monitors do you have connected when you try to capture the desktop?
    Do you get the same failure/effect when using the capture command from the rich text editor?
    Do you get the same thing when you try to capture from a Contact or a Resource record?

    Screenshots tell a thousand words. I'll be happy to view them if you can show the problem.

    Hi

    I only have one monitor connected when I try to capture the desktop.

    I do not have this problema with the rich text editor.

    I have the same problem when I try to capture from a Contact or a Resource record.

    Status: Pending fix / v2.1.1.7

    Many thanks for the extra information. It appears as though the coords aren't matching up with the selected area. Perhaps due to desktop scale factors. Ill see if I can get a fix in for the next update.
