Activation Key Not Working

Hi, I just purchased through the bitsdujour deal and received 2 keys (not sure why, I only ordered once). I've tried both keys and neither works.
Please advise
Keys I received:
(EDIT: keys removed from public view)
Email purchased with:
(EDIT: privacy screen activated)
Please let me know if you need any other info, and thanks in advance for your support - love the software so far!

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
You should find that both of the keys now work. Please try either one in the "Convert to Full Version" window of doogiePIM.
The keys were removed from your post to protect privacy. -
