2 Archive Questions

Last night I ran an archive, as usual, with no apparent problems.
However, afterward I discovered a task was open (unsaved) in the background, and it had apparently NOT been closed when my database was automatically closed prior to beginning the archive process.
So far I've not noticed any problems resulting from this, but I do have 2 quick questions:
(1) Is there a chance there might be a database corruption issue now because of what happened? If so, what diagnostic and/or remedial steps should be taken?
(2) Would it be good to build in a warning/alert to notify users of any open database items BEFORE automatically closing the database at the start of the archive process?

Status: Implement suggestion; Alert dialog when there are open record edit windows on database shutdown.

You'll be happy to know that having an Edit Window of a record open when shutting down, won't corrupt any of your data. However, you should always save your changes before performing any kind of database tool and/or utility.

I'm glad to know having the edit window open didn't cause any problems (it was simply an oversight) -- and I'm appreciate your offer to add in an warning message when an edit window is open, just in case.
