= New User Report on Crash Followed by Multiple Bugs =

After recently installing the free trial of doogiePIM and then running into a crash followed by a variety of different bugs, I emailed several messages to support@bitespire.com with the following subject lines:
= New Trial Questions = | = Crash * Home Page Settings Lost * Dev Report = | = Crash Follow-up = | = Lost Task + Sync Bug? = | = More Task Bugs + Feedback & Questions =

Each of these messages included very specific details about the crash and the subsequent bugs I experienced, along with multiple screenshots.

I also sent these messages with read receipts, and since I haven't received any confirmation about the messages having arrived, I wanted to check in here now to find out if you have received the aforementioned messages -- and, if not, then see if you would like me to resubmit these requests through this help desk site.

I will be looking forward to your feedback with appreciation and interest.
