Display problems in imported rtf-files

Reported by Joerg | March 6th, 2018 @ 11:29 AM | in 2.0.1.1

Hi Chris

Text in imported rtf-files seems to be cut on the right margin (see attached screenshot 1). When I then click on the icon "Shows just text without headers and footers" the whole text is displayed correctly. When I then click on the icon "Shows document complete with headers and footers" the text is displayed correctly (see attached screenshot 2). Why is the imported file not correctly displayed (like in screenshot 2) at once? Why do I first have to click on "Shows just text ..." That's very cumbersome.

A second issue:
I couldn't find a way to export several notes into one or several rtf-files. Is there really no such export feature? That cannot seriously be the case! I want to use doogiePIM to draft my work and then to export all my draft-notes to a rtf-file which I can then use with my word processor to give it the final touch. That must be possible! (All other major programs (UltraRecall, MyInfo, Rightnote, TreePad, etc.) offer such a feature and it is absolutely essential.

Yours sincerely
Joerg

    1. Status: Confirmed post-import rendering bug. To be fixed.

    2. Multiple Document Export:
There have been no prior requests, to my knowledge, of wanting this feature. However, I'm more than happy to implement this. It may take a couple of minor updates. The next update is due later this week.
      I will implement the following:

Export current Document to single file (*.don, .rtf, *.docx)
Export selected Documents to multiple files (
.don, *.rtf, *.docx) to a selected disk folder. File name will be the title of each Document.

    Committed for release: 2.0.1.3+

Thank you very much for your quick reply and for implementing the export-features.
The feature "Export selected Documents to a single file (.don, *.rtf, *.docx)" would also be great. I could then use DoogiePIM to draft my academic texts and then transfer and finalize them in a word processor.

    Yours sincerely
