Can't connect to emal

Reported by Mitchell | July 10th, 2017 @ 04:41 AM | in

I can't login to my gmail, outlook or icloud email addresses. With how quickly the "connecting to server" windows pops up and disappears, it's almost as if doogiePIM can't connect to the internet. Any step by step and very specific instructions you could tell me about those specific addresses and what info to type in would be greatly appreciated to get my email accounts attached to doogiePIM.

Still no dice. Followed the instructions to a T. Still appears that doogie is "skipping" over my gmail account when checking mail.

    To diagnose:
    1. Go into the doogiePIM [Settings and Preferences]/[General]/[Alert Message]
    2. Enable "Only show if there's an error" under "After Checking for New Messages".
    3. Attempt a [Check for New Messages].

What, if any, does the alert message say?

"No mail was received due to errors. Could not load SSL library."

This means the two files, "ssleay32.dll" and "libeay32.dll" are not found in the default doogiePIM application folder.

Try running the doogiePIM installation again to ensure all needed files are placed in the folder.
If you can see the files in the application folder, please state the dates of the two files.

It would also be helpful if you could tell me the Windows version, doogiePIM version and if you are running a proxy or VPN (if known).
