Bitespire doogiePIM → 2.0.1.2

Just wondering if there's a way to (1) use custom bullet settings across ALL items in the database, and (2) KEEP these custom settings after closing and reopening doogiePIM?

I prefer for the initial bullet size to be 2 points smaller, and when I make this adjustment, it only applies to the current comments I'm editing. If I open a new database item and insert bullets in the comments, the default styling is used instead of the custom settings I just made.

In addition, if I close the application, any custom setting changes I made previously are lost, and if I insert NEW bullets in an existing database item where custom bullets were previously used, the NEW bullets are styled with the default settings instead of the custom styling applied previously in this database item.

FWIW, when I worked previously with this bullet manager in another (different) application, I was told by the program's developer that:
-- (1) the loss of custom bullet settings is a quirk of this bullet manager and -- (2) he had no control over whether custom bullet settings would be retained or not.

Is that the case in doogiePIM, as well -- or is there a way for us to (1) use custom bullet settings across ALL items in the database, and (2) KEEP these custom settings after closing and reopening doogiePIM?
